Meeting Location

Most meetings will be held in the Clyde Engineering Building, located on the South end of the BYU campus.

Onsite Registration will be in the West side of the Clyde building in the stepdown lounge Friday evening and during breakfast Saturday morning.

Chem-E-Car will be held in the Wilkinson Student Center Ballroom. See building labeled WSC on the Campus map, two buidings North of the Clyding Building.
Wifi and Printing
WIFI Network Access
BYU provides two different Wifi networks guests can access while visiting the school. They are:
If visitors have already accessed Eduroam at their own university, their devices should connect automatically.
If they have not, they can easily connect to the BYU guest network by following directions at this link and signing in as guests.
Printing
- For last minute printing jobs, conference visitors are welcome to purchase a courtesy printing card from the BYU Harold B. Lee Library Circulation desk on the main floor (marked on the campus map).
- Cards cost $1.00 and come pre-loaded with $ 0.50 of printing money.
- Visitors can then use the guest kiosks near the circulation desk to access the internet, download their materials, and print inside the library.

Parking

Most lots are have open parking on Saturday unless otherwise posted.

On Friday, free parking is available in the visitor lot on the East side of campus on 1100 N, 900 E between the roundabout and the stop light.
Another lot is at near the Museum of art.
